How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1-3 business days. Most orders arrive within 6-12 business days from the day you order. You'll get tracking by email.
Will I pay customs or duties?
No. Duties and import taxes are already included in the price you pay at checkout. Nothing to pay when your package arrives — no customs invoice, no fees at the door.
Does the mount fit my phone?
Yes — any iPhone or Android. Each mount comes with one free adhesive magnetic ring. Peel the backing, stick it to your phone or to your case, and the mount holds it magnetically.
Will the magnet damage my phone?
No — magnets don't harm modern phone components. Two things to know: keep credit cards and hotel key cards away from the ring, and the ring will block wireless charging. If you charge wirelessly, stick the ring to a case you can remove for charging.
Does the suction cup stay on over time?
On clean, smooth, non-porous surfaces — glass, tile, sealed wood, a smooth dashboard — yes. Wipe the surface dry before install. If grip fades, rinse the cup with warm water, let it dry, and it comes back. It won't hold on soft-touch, leather-look or heavily textured dashboards.

Does the mount work with my phone case?
Yes! Most phone cases work great with PhaseHold. If your case doesn't have built-in magnets (MagSafe), simply stick the included magnetic ring to the outside of your case — not on the phone itself and not underneath the case. The magnet needs direct contact with the mount to get a strong hold, so it can't grip through the case material.
